The hotel has a lovely historic charm and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The area behind the hotel felt sketchy at times, which made me uneasy while walking.

Location is excellent, just a few blocks from the Inner Harbor. Room was clean but we experienced some noise from the street. Breakfast was solid, with good options and a friendly staff.

The breakfast was decent, and it’s within walking distance to the harbor. Sadly, we had some trouble with flies in the new room and a loud fridge. Some noise from the street on weekends, too.

Exceptional location. The building’s transformation from a 100+ year-old Chamber of Commerce is commendable. Original features—stained glass, high ceilings, and expansive windows—harmoniously blend with modern amenities. Spacious, sunlit rooms with well-designed bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. Staff, notably Enrique, were outstanding and attentive. The front desk assistance was solid, though more signage for valet parking would enhance the initial experience. Noise was an issue; our room's proximity to the street and kitchen impacted comfort. An unexpected boiler maintenance disrupted our night, with poor communication compounding the frustration. Instances of unauthorized individuals on our floor raised safety concerns. Despite these setbacks, the hotel’s potential is significant.

Clean rooms with good amenities, but parking situation is confusing and pricey.

I absolutely loved how close we were to the Inner Harbor which made it easy for us to take relaxing strolls and soak in the beautiful waterfront views while also being just a short walk from many popular attractions like the National Aquarium and Camden Yards where we caught an MLB game; the spacious and comfortable room provided us with a nice retreat after a day of exploring and having the hot continental breakfast with tasty options each morning was an added bonus to our stay but housekeeping could have been more attentive to regularly cleaning our room.

Big, lovely room with a convenient kitchen made for a cozy stay. Breakfast was a highlight—hot and varied, with friendly staff always ready to help. The location’s proximity to attractions is a plus, but the area can feel sketchy, especially with a strip club nearby. The first-floor room was surprisingly quiet overall, but poor sound insulation didn't help with rowdy neighbors. A deposit was unexpectedly required at check-in, which caught me off guard. Despite some hiccups, the hotel ambiance felt upscale and welcoming once inside. Would consider staying again, ideally on a higher floor.

The building has a unique charm that tells a story. The breakfast spread is tasty and keeps you fueled without running out for food.
Parking costs a pretty penny and can be tricky to figure out.

The room was comfortable with a well-designed layout, including a long countered sink and a separate area for the toilet and shower. The bed was cozy, and the temperature control worked perfectly. Noise levels were generally low, though some sounds from the bathroom vent could be heard. We appreciated the spacious layout in one of the two rooms, allowing family to gather comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped, ideal for simple meals. I particularly loved the little lounge area on our floor for casual card games. Pillows were plush and conducive to a good night's sleep.

Our anniversary getaway turned into a chaotic mess with the noise. First, the fridge roared all night, and then we had a room full of screaming kids and random guests causing drama on our floor. Super disappointing!

It wasn’t cheap, but you get good value for your money.

The architecture absolutely took my breath away! The staff treated us like royalty, making our stay feel extra special. And don't even get me started on the breakfast – it's the best I've ever had!

The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. The location was convenient and not far from the harbor, allowing for easy exploration. The breakfast offered was nice, and the valet service was efficient and affordable.
Some staff members lacked knowledge about local attractions, and there was a need for a concierge service. Housekeeping was inconsistent, requiring guests to request basic amenities such as towels and toiletries.

Staybridge Suites Baltimore boasts a beautiful historic property with large, sunlit rooms near the Inner Harbor. the lack of cleaning during our stay and limited TV options detracted from the experience. The friendly day staff promptly resolved heating issues, enhancing our overall comfort.

The location was convenient, being just a few minutes walk from the Inner Harbour. there were some aspects of our experience that left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, as we found that the maids didn't provide us with clean towels even after taking away the dirty ones. The room itself had a somewhat dated feel, with either carpeted or parquet floors depending on the area. It would have been nice if there were more modern amenities like ironing facilities or a better selection of toiletries provided. the breakfast offerings were limited and inconsistent. There were days where we only had a couple of sausages and dry eggs, which was disappointing. The lack of options like cheese or yogurt was also noticeable. It would have been great to have a more varied selection to start off our day. the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The front desk staff were accommodating when we needed extra linens for the sofa bed, although it did take a few calls to get them delivered. Staybridge Suites had its ups and downs.

It was such a blast! The kids were mesmerized by the colorful fish and playful dolphins. The staff even let us touch a baby shark - a truly unforgettable experience for the whole family.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

Loved the homey vibe with 42 cable TVs & free laundry. Hippodrome is a stone's throw away. Daily museum trips. Breakfast was top-notch. The hotel's history shines. A fancy steakhouse nearby. Organizing events was a breeze.
Oh, the joy of sleepless nights due to surprise boiler maintenance.

My friends and I had a blast checking out the cool animals at the Maryland Zoo and being amazed at the colorful fish at The National Aquarium. Our room was super cozy and the staff were really chill. They even hooked us up with discounted tickets to the aquarium - score!
Wish there was a rooftop party spot for us to hang out and enjoy the night vibes after hitting up a concert at Royal Farms Arena or Rams Head Live.

Our third visit to Baltimore as women traveling alone was made even better by our stay at this beautiful repurposed old building. The spacious room with high ceilings and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Solimon and Tanya, made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the Inner Harbor, National Aquarium, and great dining options. The hot grab-and-go breakfast, valet parking, and affordability were all added bonuses.
Shower took too long to warm up.
Excellent
